Portable & Mobile Dosing
Aquadose manufacture a technologically advanced and simple to use range of Portable and Mobile equipment that allows clients to comprehensively control and audit any chemical dosing task that is carried out within the water distribution networks.
The Aquadose range of Portable and Mobile equipment is designed to perform flow proportional control of the chlorination and dechlorination chemical dosing procedures, typically using Sodium Hypochlorite solution for the disinfection process, and Sodium Thiosulphate or Sodium Bisulphate solutions for the dechlorination process. The Aquadose equipment also allows operators to access the residual feedback trim control when used with a portable Inline Chlorine Monitor (ICM), PRE and POST ICM equipment further verifies the parameters within any final treated or discharge water.

Location, Dosing Parameters, Water &, Dose Chemical usage with Graph Data for Dose chemical and water trends.
Data Cloud Storage
Auditable dosing data is recorded and stored both onboard and via a secure cloud storage.
Alarms
Dose Chemical Carboy Low & Empty / Equipment over-range / Battery Power Low.
Mobile Phone & Tablet APP
Designed for easy operator use for full ‘hands off’ control and monitoring. with remote to site access if required.
Full Bore Flow Measurement
Providing more accurate flow measurement throughout the entire flow range.
All Component Fittings, Materials, Solvent Cements and Adhesives used within the manufacture of the Aquadose range of equipment are WRAS Approved and compliant with DWI LIST OF APPROVED
PRODUCTS for use in Public Water Supply in the United Kingdom.
